A corporate drop-out who at the age of forty transitioned from a creative director in advertising to a nutrition and fitness coach, with an ambition of empowering the people of India to build the strongest version of themselves, and cause a transformation in their lives, through fitness.

Program Process, Terms and Conditions

  • If you are excited to know more, ping us on WhatsApp or fill in the relevant details below for us to get in touch with you.
  • We get on a discovery call, to understand your fitness goals and how we can help you achieve them.  
  • If you’re game, you’ll receive a free personal training assessment session, virtual or in person, as suitable.
  • At the end of the session, we evaluate your current fitness state along with your clinical health markers with recent blood reports, and roadmap your journey ahead.
  • If you’re willing to sign up, you make the payment in advance, after which you’ll receive a full-fledged program in a PDF format, comprising a nutrition plan and a training regime (or a training program if you opt for the online program), in three working days.
  • Once you receive the program, we get on a clarification call to help you understand the program in detail, and get started.
  • During the program, if you miss more than three sessions, it will be counted as a part of the program. (Applies only to personal training model) 
  • A missed session can only be rescheduled once. (Applies only to personal training model)

How long will I take to achieve my health and body goals?
Depending on your current fitness status, clinical health markers, prior training experience, and ability to commit to the program designed for you, if you stay consistent, you’ll see visible changes in your health markers and body composition, within 90 days.

What kind of nutrition plans can I expect?
You can never out-train unhealthy eating. But you also can’t eat boring food. Right?
So, the nutrition plans we will design for you will be personalised based on your food orientation, culture, lifestyle and taste so you can stay committed to it.
